I am now scheduled in to have a hickman line fitted on tues under a general because my veins were too small for a picc line - just wonderd if anyone else has a hickman and if they could tell me how they got on with theres. Xxx

had mine yesterday and it was fine, nice sleep with the GA and home by evening ,bit sore paracetamol and 3 pillows worked. Up and at them this morning.
