I bought a pocket book today entitled Words of Hope, I thought I’d share a couple of entries especially for those who are feeling quite low or anxious at the moment.

If we showed true genuine love the world would be a better place.

On another subject I have just read a brilliant book by an author I have been recommended to.
Shadows and Strongholds by Elizabeth Chadwick.
This book kept me total absorbed for hours on end, the family had to fend for themselves. It was like going back to the pre dx days!
