Well sitting on my sofa feeling anxious. Treatment was put off last Monday due to Bronchitus, still coughing but feeling better. This will be cycle 2 of my CMF so i really want it to go ahead as i will only have 2 cycles left after that. The closer i get to the end the more i want it done. I wish i could have it all in one day and spend the next 4 weeks in bed and get it over with!! LOL
What next? I have loads of questions for my Oncologist tomorrow, I am sure he will be fed up with me. It all seems to go in a blur for ages and now i am nearing the end i am more interested in results and what lies ahead and chances of reoccurance which i have previously been too scared to ask.
Also whilst i am on a role, my hair is growing back slowly have spikey fuzz, but now my eyelashes have decided to fall out, whats that all about!!! its not fair.

Well my treatment did go ahead on Monday but what a mess they missed one of the drugs and i was the only one that noticed! i ended up at the hospital from 9.45am til 4.30pm, i am a patient person but must admit to getting very frustrated and down that day.
part 2 of cycle next monday, then only 2 more cycles to go. last one of Christmas Eve!
Last of eyelashes fallen out now! hopefully that means that new ones will start to grow, everything else is growing back even though the hair on my chin was a surprise!!!

Glad you managed to get your treatment on Mon - patience isn’t my strong point so i think i would have been going up the wall in your situation. Bit of a bummer having your last chemo on Christmas eve - still i supos it will really give you something to celebrate over New Year.

I’m so glad you managed to get your chemo on mon, what a shame you had to be there so long. I know what you mean about wanting to get it all over with! I finished E-CMF 2 weeks ago, and although I loved the 3 week break between CMF cycles I also sort of wished it was only 2 weeks!
My eyebrows and eyelashes strangely fell out mid-way through CMF. However they grew back very quickly and are now longer, thicker and more lucious than ever before!
