I am very upset with the treatment my friend has had a local hospital. Is there anything I can do? She’s not had a good time there. Very poor post operation care. I’m worried that they are not doing everything right for her and I’m not trusting their judgment. It’s quite upsetting. I feel like complaining

This must be a worrying time for you. I hope you’re keeping your concerns to yourself as your friend needs confidence in her team. I’d suggest you ring the nurses on the number above and discuss your concerns more specifically. They will be able to reassure you and point you to your next step.
