last week i order a necktie thing to wear to keep me cool whilst drumming. Full of gel, you soak it in water for half an hour, probably like the chillow’ s people have been talking about. Its about the size of a tie but half the lenght. It arrived today and I suddenly decided to wrap it round by poor hot breast. Underneath on the crease and across the scar that got the extra zapping–its wonderful, not icy cold, just cool. I thought it would be wet and clammy but its not. and it feels so good. My clothes are not wet. It says it works for three days!!
will go to sleep in it and report tomorrow morning. might be good if i get hot flushes too
still working after an hour, and my nerve pain has completely stopped. Keep checking that under my boob is not damp, but no everything is dry. dont understand cos the sensation on your skin is wet, but there is no moisture

yes jude thats the one. i have ordered another from ebay so i can have one to wash. Mine is still nice and cool this morning it should be brilliant for drumming. and for hot flushes.
the side next to your skin eventually heats up, so you just turn it over and that side is cool.
i have just got dressed and shoved it down my bra-- wonderful. dont care if one boob is now bigger than the other.Amazing how myclothes are not getting wet
Hi, I have something similar that my hospital gave me- square sheets of gel that I keep in the fridge. They are called Geliperm and are brilliant. can be used again over 2 to 4 days if soaked in sterile water and put back inthe fridge.
