I stopped taking letrozole 6 months ago because of side effects. I’d taken it for 5 years & my surgeon was happy for me to stop. But my hot flushes & night sweats are worse now than ever. Has anyone had a similarly experience? I may as well restart if there’s no benefit! Thank you
