How do I stop emails

I keep getting e mails telling me about activity on this site. They are filling my inbox up. How can I switch off these notifications ?

I had the same thing. .go into your profile. .there is a box that says notify me of activity or something …take the tick out the box …

You can edit your settings like Carolyn said under the Preferences and Subscriptions & Notifications tabs.
