How long can we have Eribulin

Hi there

Just a quick question. I’m on my third cycle of Eribulin, if it’s working how long can I be on it for ?

If you post the same question on the ‘Chemo buddy needed - eribulin’ thread I’m sure you’ll get a few answers. However i know Moijan has been on it long past the ‘usual’ 6-8 cycles and I think her onc is keeping her on it as its doing such a good job.  Possibly withasmile has also been on it past the ‘usual’ as well. I know when I signed the papers recently to start it my onc wrote on them that it was until progression, so we will see!

Good luck if you have scans coming up after the 3 cycles you have had.

Well I’ve had it since last June
My onc said ’ until it stops working’

Just had cycle 5 of eribulin and scan shows I am stable , onc said to have upto 8 cycles and then re scan as I am tolerating the chemo fairly well . 

 

How many any cycles have ladies had?
