The “usual” regimen is 6 rounds every 3 weeks but some people get a lower dose at weekly intervals.

 

After that if it is not contained (sometimes in stage 4 if they stop the chemo the cancer keeps growing) they have to re-evaluate. The best person to ask is your oncologist.
