I just happened upon this this morning and as I’ve been a breast cancer patient for 7 months now, I’m not sure how I didn’t know this and have indeed been doing it all wrong!

Here’s how to check your lymph nodes correctly if, like me, you find you haven’t been.

I realize this is from a while ago, but it’s such an important topic. Has anyone else found new techniques or resources for doing a thorough self-exam? Sharing what works for you could really help others who are learning. What surprises have you come across in your own journey?
