I only discovered this recently. There is a scheme called the Yellow Card scheme whereby health professionals or patients themselves, can report side effects they have experienced from different medications. I have recently completed it about Tamoxifen as I believe the side effects are understated and not always given credence.

Hi and thank you for the link to the Yellow Card Scheme. I have had problems with the taking of Anastrozole affecting my Thyroxine since September 2013 and causing annoying and worrying heart hiccups as i call them!! Hopefully i gave the right information about my experience and i am waiting now for a 24 hour heart monitor to be fitted in 10 days time. Cross fingers it will shed some light on everything and i can try and settle down a bit and start doing ‘normal’ stuff again without worry/fear of going out on my own incase i feel ‘funny’!! cheers, michele x
