HRT cut-off

I’m 45 and have been on HRT for about 2-3 years now. It has drastically improved the quality of my life - it’s saved me from feelings of anxiety, depression and anger that crept up on me in my early 40s and really impacted my day-to-day life. I have triple negative BC and they’re telling me I’ll need to come off HrT after my treatments because of the risk of reoccurrence. That’s actually the number one aspect of this diagnosis that I’m struggling with most. I’ve looked into the research and it’s weak at best. There seems to be a movement amongst some of the medical community to conduct proper research on this topic. Anyway, I’m just wondering if anyone else out there in my same position fees the same as me?

I had been on hrt for 12 years prior to diagnosis. Mine was ER+ though. Even so, I would seriously consider going back on it if I was allowed to because of the benefits. I think it should be an individual decision.
