I think I might have lymphoedema!!

Hi there,

I had lumpectomy and sentinel node biopsy 1/13.  After surgery my muscle from my armpit to my elbow was very sore.  I asked them if they strapped my arm up during surgery and they said they don’t do that.  I ended up developing two seromas, one near each incision.  The incicison under my armpit was the size of a small egg and ended up breaking open.  Now it’s a wound that is healing.  It’s not infected and is healing well.  I went yesterday to get my tattoos for radiation and they did a ct scan.  Today, I notice a line on the inside of my arm and it feels like there is fluid in there.  It’s a little bigger than my other arm.  I’ve never had lymphoedema before but think this might be it.  Does this sound familiar to anyone?  Any information/advice would be appreciated.  I go back next Friday and start radiation the following Monday, 3/2.  They are sending me to see a physical therapist to measure my arms in case I develop it as they said radiation could cause it.  But, I think I already have it.
