Hi Ladies I’ve brought some ice gloves and socks to wear during my chemo . It says not to wear for more than 30 mins. How did you use them? Should I remove after 30 mins and wait for how long…before popping them on again? ( I’ve brought two sets of the gel packs so could swap them over) Is there a certain time you need to wear them or can I wear throughout the session?
Hi @strawberrytart29 with my chemo I am using the cold gloves & socks. It’s hard keeping it all cold as appointments run late and getting the cannula in too can take a while. I tend to wear them about 40 mins in one go as my particular chemo is only 1/2hr. I don’t know about the max time they should be worn tbh. Don’t think it said it in the box they came with, does yours give any additional info?

Hi Ashac93, instructions state not to exceed 30mins so a waste really as my chemo is a lot longer. I’ll keep them on now I have them. Hoping it makes some difference.
