Did anyone hear Dr. Mohammed Keshtgar on Woman’s Hour this morning? Talking about radiotherapy being done at time of operation and therefore no need for weeks of rads afterwards. He is also conducting a trial on doing biopsies with a “light needle” which would show INSTANTLY if cells are cancerous whilst still in the breast - no waiting for test results!! He sounds like a great guy. (He also invented and pioneered the Sentinal Node Biopsy.)
