I hope you are all doing well?
I’m back in on Tues (for op on Weds) for a swap. The permanent implants that I had fitted in March are being changed for larger ones, as the ones I currently have are not the right shape or size for my frame.
You’d think with all the surgeries I have had over the past 12 months, I would be old hat at this by now?.. nope. I’m still as nervous as I always have been!
I can’t sleep tonight, so god knows what I’ll be like tomorrow

Still a bit groggy and very very sore indeed, but am at home curled up in bed with my laptop and my husband…
This bout of recon took a lot out of me. I basically slept all yesterday and most of today - I’m normally up and about demanding tea and toast the evening of surgery.
