I have been advised to ask for this test to be done!

Does anyone know much about it - i would welcome your thoughts.

There has been quite a lot of discussion about the Oncotype DX test on these forums.  I’ve not had the test myself but I went on a focus group for a pilot trial (OPTIMA) early in 2013.

There are other tests, such as PAM50 and Mammaprint, which have been developed to indicate whether we would be likely to benefit from chemo or not.
