Hi llmac,
My AP goes up and down quite a bit but usually varies between 38 to 60 and those variations I don’t think are significant. When I had known problems the reading was over 200. If it is up that high then something is causing it - but it can be a no. of things including reactions to some drugs even. I am sure your doctor will be aware of this and if he is concerned will be having other checks made. If it is worrying you it is probably a good idea to ask your BCN or doctor.

Hiya,
I have a high AP level and my doctor has put it down to a vitamin D deficiency. I too was really worried about the raised level and started thinking that I may have something horrible. I have regular check ups and have it monitored.
