Hi Pippi
I’ve been told that there are drugs but to be honest it is still early days and I’d rather not take strong drugs unless absolutely necessary. I’m three weeks post op so I will give it six and see where I am. Glad you are home and feeling better.
Xx
Good morning JacqB I slept quite well but was sweaty during the night. I didn’t dare take the paracetamol as well as the Fluclox before bed so I only took the Flucloxcicilline and probably was a little feverish in the night. This morning I had some toast and a hot drink and took the paracetamol. Feel slightly wozzy. Have to wait 2 hours after food before I can take the Flucloxcicilline. I’m just so scared in taking tablets now after this horrific experience i had that weekend gone.
I just hope I can take the Fluclox without getting I’ll from it.
JacqB yes I can understand you want to wait with the strong drugs. Sometimes it can make you feel worse than better taking tablets. It’s still early days for you and it’s probably right for you to give yourself some more time to get better on it’s own. My pain on my surgical site has got tons better, I can actually turn and sleep on that side now without being in loads of pain. It’s been 3 weeks today since my surgery. So fingers crossed I’m turning a corner and actually get better and I really your nerve pain gets better too xxx
Good morning JacqB how are you feeling today? How’s your nerve pain, any better??
I’m fine now seeing my consultant today just for a check up.
Hope you do improve too xx
