I had my Zoladex tummy jab on Monday and used numbing cream before hand and it really helps. I’m not sure numbing cream would help your poor derrière, I did enquire about this when I thought I would be having that jab - phew, dodged that one for now…I’m scared just thinking about it…the irony!!! I also have the fulvestrant injections into my bum so I know how you feel! Ouch!! I had mine Tuesday this week and I’m still sore 
I started mine in feb so I’ve had a few now but it doesn’t seem to get any easier or nicer! Good luck with your treatment
