Hi, I’m interested in finding out whether there have been any studies re taking anastrozole ( or other ai’s) on alternate days? I heard recently that there are going to be similar studies for men with prostate cancer , ie having testosterone reducing meds every other day! Anastrozole has a half life of 50 hours apparently. If there haven’t been such studies then maybe there should be bearing in mind the toxicity of these ( very useful!) drugs
