internal mammary glands

I’m having axillary clearance on Wednesday, the SNB having discovered cancer in one of my lymph nodes under my arm. When I had my SNB the radioactive stuff travelled to an area below the collar bone known as the internal mammary glands, instead of the under arm area. The blue dye was able to pinpoint the sentinal node under my arm. A scan has revealed an area of concern in this mammary area, and the consultant will investigate it during the op. I’ve looked on the internet for info about these mammary glands, but am not having much success. Has anyone heard of cancer in this area or had cancer in this area? If so how is it treated?
