I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 & underwent a lumpectomy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy & a year of Herceptin. No problems since but this year, after routine mammogram, I’ve been called back for scan & biopsy as an intramammary lymph node has been detected in the other breast. There was no lymph involvement the first time round. The node appears normal. Results awaited. Anyone else had a similar experience? I am petrified.
