Invasive Lobular and DCIS

Hi 

I’m Louise I am 49 and last week was diagnosed with invasive lobular cancer in my left breast and DCIS in my right they are both hormone receptive

it’s all been a bit of a whirlwind since. I have stopped my estrogel and having my coil removed tomorrow my side effects from the HRT withdrawal are testing my usually strong mental attitude.

Has anyone else had to come off HRT and did you have any bleeding?

Hi Louise I’m also Louise aged 49 diagnosed 3 weeks ago invasive lobular cancer on the right breast everything is a whirlwind atm feeling very numb angry and frightened I’ve got surgery in 5weeks time (Mastectomy) to answer your question I too was on HRT (patch) and was taken off it by GP when originally went with my lump  I’ve had a period since . :two_hearts:
