Hi Millie, I found the removal of the sentinel lymph nodes (they took 3 from me at same time as doing the mastectomy) ok, I wouldn’t say it was painful, more like discomfort and I’m a bit of wuss at the best of times so if I can deal with it you will for sure ? Big hugs H xxx
Sorry Millie, forgot to add, I had mine done in Dec and now apart from a bit of numbness under my arm and across my chest, it’s all ok, that’s my experience anyway X

mri shows more, mastectomy now the plan…rather scared after looking up pics with reconstruction to be honest :( i presume i need to pay for plastic surgeon if wanting a better outcome
