I Had zoladex injections for 2 years and I am still on tamoxifen. I had my last zoladex injection in december 2007. My first period came back on the 11th of september. I havent had a period since but feel pre-menstrual. Can anyone tell me if their periods after Zoladex were irregular and for how long? Thanks for your help!

I had Zoladex for 2 years (started about 5 yrs ago). Periods came back a few months after and were irregular, also very heavy to begin with. They did settle down and went back to being very regular and light as they had been before Zoladex. Hope yours settle down soon. By the way I was 43 when they came back so depending on your age this may make a difference especially if you are anywhere near the menopause.

Hi Flowerfairy I finished zoladex a year ago after 2 years on it, i started my period in January then nothing for 2 months but since then they are pretty regular. I was 31 at diagnosis, and turned 35 last month.
