Is fibroadenoma dangerous?

Hi ,

I’m Ariana, 25 years old.Yesterday i was diagnosed with fibroadenoma.

My mother an my grandmother died from breast cancer . My mother died when she was 29 years old. Should i be worried that now i have fibroadenoma.
Can you please advise me what to do , how to care of ?
I cant even understand what is fibroadenoma, is it dangerous, Can fibroadenoma be treated?
