Is it safe to use Evening primrose oil with Zoladex?

Hi
I am being treated for a local recurrence with arimidex and zoladex and was wondering if anyone knows if it is safe to use evening primrose oil with zoladex and arimidex, as i am experiencing awful hot flushes and night sweats. The breast care nurse assures me this will settle!!! however i am struggling to get a good night sleep.So am wondering if anyone can help to answer my query.
