I woke up this morning and first thing I felt was that my right breast and right arm felt heavy then I went to do my arm exercises and the pain is horendous it feels as though I got a thick elastic bank around my arm and the lower arm just above the wrist is swollen I cant even touch my arm the pain is so bad and the arm is so sensitive I wonder if anyone else has this problem

Sorry I cant help you with that one, but it might be an idea to give your bcn a call as if it is cording they will know what to do about it xxx

apologies for the spelling in my last post as I didnt have my glasses on!!!
I would contact your breastcare nurse first before GP as she maybe able to get you an appointment with the Lymphodaema clinic connected to your hospital quicker, if she cant then the route is your GP but be pushy with the GP to get a referal and chase chase chase the clinic for an appointment. Have a look on the lymphodaema threads as the ladies on there will be very helpful.
