Is this fatigue?

Hi - quick resume, diagnosed triple positive in Oct 2023, had chemo x 6, then lumpectomy and axillary clearance in April, radiotherapy x 5 in June. Now on anastrazole daily and Kadcyla every 3 weeks. Just had my 4th Kadcyla - I feel OK but as soon as I try to think about doing anything out of my normal day to day activities, even a 3 hour car drive to see my new grandbaby, i start to feel very sick and anxious. Is this just fatigue or is anxiety another side effect?
