looking for some advice. I’m just out of chemo and facing rads in April/May and then a year of Herceptin however… My boobs are lopsided and I was thinking somewhere down the line I might go for a new nipple but I also thought that I might get the other side reduced to fit the size of the post surgery/post rads boob - is this totally mad ? has anyone else done this ?

there is absolutely nothing mad about what you are contemplating - I had my ‘good’ breast reduced a bit after my reconstruction to balance me out - I would think that it wouldn’t be that unusual.
Might be worth raising it when you next see your surgeon as sometimes things take a long while to organise, and you’ll have time to think it thro’ while you have your herceptin - you can always change your mind further down the line.

It’s very common to have your good side either enlarged or reduced to give a good match. If you want to do it, go for it.
