Itching in reconstructed breast 8 years on!

Hi All,

I had a Stratice recon with an implant in August 2011, no other treatment but was on tamoxifen for 2 years and gave up with it. I have had odd moments when there is a strong itchy feel but recently it has been incessant and driving me nuts. I have no feeling in that breast so how can I feel it itching?? And because there is no feeling I can’t scratch it. Any thoughts or similar experiences?

I wondered if you had a solution to your problem?  My reconstructed breast has just started itching really badly and driving me crazy.  Like you I am 8 years post mastectomy and reconstruction.
