i finished rads 7 years ago but now directly behind my breast on my lower shoulder i have a constant itch which is driving me mad . I have constantly had rib pain and dont know if the itch is connected to the rads

Not a proper answer, but I seem to get an itchy patch from the washing label on bras and sometimes tops. If you can eliminate this as a possibilty, then maybe ask your nurse.
