I am having chemo and after my last cycle I have really itchy skin especially on my hands arms feet an legs. What is the best thing to use to relieve the itching. Any help would be appreciated

I definitely think you should firstly contact your nurse and tell them about the itchy skin just in case it is an allergic reaction to something. Whatever it is, they will be the best people to suggest what you should use.
If they tell you to use a cream of your choosing - I found the moo goo range of skin care products really good during chemo. Mine was very dry (but not itchy).
