ive got cancer asthma and bipolar

i thought i had enough illnesses and then in jan of this year had secondary breast cancer with it spread to my bones im in my 40s i have suffered with a lot of grief how does one come to terms with cancer my mood swings have been terrible i have woken up with anxiety but now improving a bit any comments im on zometa and tamoxifan as well as other pills

I’m not surprised you wake up with anxiety, I’m so sorry to hear of your suffering. I have no answer to your question, but I suppose we all deal with long term illness in different ways.  At the moment, I am cancer free but I also have rheumatoid arthritis, sjogren’s syndrome, bronchiectasis with pseudomonas and now osteopenia.
