Bloody snot has advanced to actual nosebleeds this weekend. I assume it’s the colder air and low platelets but I’ve had a couple of nosebleeds now, getting more ‘proper’ each time. They seem to stop within a couple of minutes so I haven’t been too worried.
Went to my old yoga class today! It’s very small, like 7 people max, so it felt fairly safe and it’s a nice environment. I did what I could, if my immune system holds up I might try to go more often again.
