2 years after chemo and rad i still have joint pain mostly in my feet knees and back ime working part time but was hoping to go back full time soon but because of my joint pains i dont think it will be possible i get a lot of sarcastic comments from my colleague’s who are full time but i am lucky that i dont have to go back full time i have learned to accept that i may not feel as i did before bc and have learned how to cope with remarks from colleague’s apart from the physical problems ime a happy person anyone else feel like i do
Hi gissele, just to say I’m 5 years on and still get joint pains which were brought on by Taxotere. I’m particularly affected by my knees. Don’t be bothered by sarcastic remarks, people who feel the need to behave like that are just losers as far as I am concerned.
hi giselle i too have aches and hobble around first thing its no joke, shame on those who are sarcastic they probably have no clue how it feels you take care you are one of many with these probs hugs xxxx
thankyou for your post it helps to know ime not on my own and yes i have learned not to worry about the things people say they dont know how strong we have to be ive certantly learned who my friends are but ive also met some amazing people through my treatment
