Have to decide today if I want to have reconstruction?? I’m so confused. So much literature and advice. Everyone has a different story I really don’t know what’s best for me.

Doherty Ask questions of your team what if you do and what’s recovery time and if not could you have at a later date? It might help you come to decision I had therapeutic mammoplasty one side and could have been levelled up at same time, I chose not to but wish I had now because it would have all been done in one go. I’ve still not been levelled up nearly 3 years on because I’ve adapted and live with them as they are, you do what you are comfortable with my lovely it’s your body and your decision Hope this helps
