Kadcyla and Perindopril

Has anyone else experienced reduced heart function following treatment? 

I have been prescribed Perindopril after an echo saw my heart function decrease to 51. 

We have been told if it falls any further I wont be able to continue with Kadcyla. 

Any advice would be great!
