I haven’t posted in a while, hope all as well as can be with you.
I started kadcyla infusions every 3 weeks at the end of March after brain metastases were discovered, previously on herceptin and perjeta but obviously stopped and my liver lesions, well one of them was slightly bigger than previous CT showed.
7 months in on kadcyla, my most recent one was 9th October, a week after and I was floored with intense headache just on left side and ear pain over the weekend just gone. I’m better today but is anyone else on kadcyla and experiencing headaches and fatigue, seem to be getting worse as treatment goes on.
I had a routine brain MRI on Thursday and I’m awaiting results, think I’m expecting some progression, if there is I’m going for WBRT. My tumour markers are really good though, were over 1500 in March, last month were just over 100 so hoping my next CT shows improvement in liver, lung and bones.
