Kinesio Tape

Hi all

 

I notice that there a few Kinesio tape users and am after some advice. My lymph therapist has said that I can use any Kinesio tapeas they all do the same thing. Does anyone use anything other than Kinesio Tex Gold (which is what the hospital uses)?

Yes I use stuff I bought online. My MLD therapist uses Tiger Tape K (tigertapes.com) and I bought that online and I also have used Kinesio (kinesio products.com). Both seem identical in appearance and effectiveness.

 

I ordered both from eBay or Amazon (can’t remember which).

I use K-Active.

 

Does the job.

Just found Rocktape at Sports Direct for £7 a roll, they also have a brand called Blue Dot @ £2/roll but I have not seen that brand anywhere else so not taking the chance.
