My first post on any forum…. I am about to start Kadcyla tomorrow nearly 4 weeks after a mastectomy. I am a bit worried about hair loss as after successfully using a cold cap with my first chemo I am now starting to loose my hair 2 months on. Any experience here?
I am planning on going away in the UK for some of half term with my family (our first trip away from home since treatment has begun in June). I am hoping I will be ok as my first chemo was cut short due to colitis and A&E trips at each round. ANY tips for making this chemo go smoother would be much appreciated. I am hoping to return to work in the new year after radiotherapy before Christmas. Has anyone worked whilst on Kadcyla?

Welcome to the forum. Sorry it’s taken so long for a reply. I think the title Kladcyla is misspelt Kadclya so many may miss it.
I’m assuming you are HER2+ so you may wish to join this very popular and supportive thread where there are several ladies on Kadcyla.
