How wonderful the forum is!! I have just looked at lots of messages about LD reconstruction, which I am considering, and it has been so useful. Is anyone else out there in my position? I had bilateral mastectomy 12 years ago and implant reconstruction. The water in one of the implants has leaked out, leaving me rather flat on one side. I now feel that I would like to have a more natural looking reconstruction and this seems to be the way I would like to go. Any comments would be welcome.
Go for it if it has been offered. I am very pleased with mine, 7 weeks ago.

I am also considering LD and agree that this forum is wonderful, as the saying goes ‘there’s nothing quite like hearing straight from the horses mouth’. Its great to hear a balanced view on it so we can make an informed choice.
