Leaking expander?

I noticed yesterday that my expander appears to have deflated a little, and I now loose skin at the top. I’m due to have the expander removed in 2 weeks, as the wound hasn’t healed, in 14 weeks, and the expander is now visible under the skin.
I have a wound clinic appointment on Tuesday. Should I seek medical attention sooner than that?

Hi @caroline_w_uk

I believe the expanders are filled with saline so should not be anything nasty leaking. But yes i agree with tili do speak with your bcn tomorrow for your professionals opinion.
