Left breast

Hi all,

I’ve just joined and was looking for some advice. I suffer really bad with health anxiety and I always think the worst, so I thought I could hopefully get some reassurance on here incase im overreacting.
Im 25 years old and I had a larger painful left breast for over a year now. I went to the doctor last year as it was causing me pain and after worrying and checking my left breast I found a lump which the doctor confirmed and he referred to the breast clinic for a momagram. When I got to the hospital they didn’t take be serioisly and would not give me a monogram as I was only 24 you have to be 25. I had an u/s instead and they confirmed it was just tissue.
A year on I still have problems with this breast it’s just always tender. I’ve noticed now that when I lay on my back or I touch my breast firmly for a while and let go I have a sort of dent above my nipple if I touch and move my breast again it goes back to normal shape. I don’t notice this sent when I lift my arms above my head ect. Only when my breast it moved sometimes. I’ve recently lost 2 stone as I put on 5 in the past 3 years And my boobs did get a lot bigger so Im wondering if it’s because of weight loss. I have a doctors appointment on Friday just to get it checked. They must be sick of me down there I’m always there haha! Thanks xx
