Leg pain - bone mets?

I have an appointment in a week’s time to tell me results from biopsies of 15mm lump, found, only after extensive ultrasound, in right breast, and nearby lymph node biopsies. (3D mammogram did not find it, nor did mammogram and ultrasound less than 1 year ago, nor did another mammogram in August). Absolutely terrified, but my question is about the aching leg pain, in area of right calf and thigh bones only, that I have been suffering almost every night for at least 3 months. It wakes me after a couple of hours sleep and cannot be relieved by position, cushions, anything apart from painkillers. It does not happen at all in the day time. Could it be bone mets? Could a 15mm tumour cause stage 4 cancer without other symptoms? And if, by any miracle, the lump is not BC will the hospital sort out the source of the bone pains? Should I contact GP for separate appointment. I’m 67. Thanks so much

Hi ,Im so sorry you’ve not had a reply to your post , good luck with your appointment tomorrow . It’s easy for your mind to go to the worst possible scenarios isn’t it ,but there could well be other explanations for your leg pain ( eg osteoporosis ,arthritis ) and you haven’t been diagnosed with cancer as yet .If you are diagnosed it’s definitely worth mentioning the leg pain to the doctor they may do a bone scan to re-assure you . I had one which picked various areas of bone activity but it was not mets it was a bone condition. Best wishes Jill
