Leg pains, feet too

7 months on from last oral chemo, after the full whammy for TNBC, including full axillary clearance, and I’ve been awake most of the night, again, with agonising leg pains. Feet more or less permanently numb with PN, but legs, mostly lower legs, really aching. When I walk to the loo I walk like an automaton. Taking Pregabalin and magnesium, but not helping. Oncologist added in amitriptyline after last consultation, but that zonked me so much the following day, plus dry mouth at night, I stopped taking it. Should I ask for an MRI? A higher dose of Pregabalin, on 2 x75 mg at mo. Is this leg pain more peripheral neuropathy? Does osteoarthritis ache like this? I’d hoped for gradual recovery - but this is getting worse. Tx for advice

Can only comment re the Amitriptyline- don’t take it any later than 8pm. I managed to work on it but only sticking faithfully to that timing. Hope all gets better for you.

Hello. I can relate to this & have really struggled with my feet, legs and hands too.
Spoke to the team about it and said it was likely due to the chemo killing off my oestrogen- but understand this may not be the case for everyone. Also said it could be arthritis which my mum does have.

Any guidance also appreciated!
