Glad you have come to a decison. I definetly felt better once I had made mine. I too am having mastectomy with immediate recon - LD flap and also aux clearance. Going in on the 28th.
I will then need chemo and possible rads to aux. I too will need tamoxifen.
I am only 40 with two children under 6.
Looks like we might be going through this at the same time. Went to look at photographs - and I was very impressed.

Got my appointment through this morning and I have to go in on the afternoon of Wednesday 26th so they must be operating on the 27th. It is difficult keeping track of everyone so in case you forgot my details I am 43 with two children of 12 and 15. I will just be having mastectomy and LD flap have already had aux clearance. I think it is the FEC chemo I will be having but not 100% sure yet. There is great info on here - (have you seen the tips for chemo - they will come in handy).
