I have been taking letrazole for 3 weeks, post surgery and chemo. Still to have radiotherapy. I have had pretty intense pain in my joints, mainly legs, but yesterday and today it was everywhere. Resorting to co-codomol but it hasn’t really touched it today. Just hoping for reassurance that this will pass, as it feels quite unmanageable at the moment!

I had a lot of pain that is how I imagine arthritis feels especially in my thumbs. I’m on month 3 & it’s really settled down. Got to keep the joints moving but if you can stick it a bit longer it may well pass…

Ah thanks for the encouragement. If I can feel it will settle down I can out up with it to be honest.

I am a little biased as I could not get on with this drug at all - far too many side effects. Mine did not subside so they changed me to Anastrozole which was a little better. Different folks work with different drugs so if it becomes intolerable, always worth trying a change. I have also had people report that different brands of Letrozole work better/worse for them. Best of luck.
