I’ve been on Letrozole for 1 year. At first I had severe pain in my feet. It has recently started to get better. Now my problem is nausea. Anyone else have this issue?
Hi Carribel - I have been on it for nearly two years and do sometimes feel slight nausea usually in the mornings not long after I take it. I find one brand in particular, Cipla, can make me feel a bit sick sometimes. I had joint pains particularly in my wrists and ankles at first but they stopped after about three months. All good fun isn’t it!

I found it better to take the pill in the evening and then didn’t experience the nausea.
